Together with the legal department, you will assist the team in matters of intellectual property and commercial contracts. MISSION· management of the trademark portfolio (applications, oppositions, proof of use, anti-counterfeiting monitoring and parallel networks…); · Analysis, drafting and negotiation of contracts related to the studio activity of the house, as well as fashion shows: model contracts, contracts for the assignment of image rights, copyright assignment contracts, licenses, etc. Analysis, drafting and negotiation of commercial contracts of all kinds: distribution, franchising, sales commission, duty-free, purchasing, services, consulting, IT contracts, NDA, letters of intent, endorsements, etc.; · Advice and support for operational law firms; · Set up and monitor dashboards. PROFILE· After a Master 2 of the intellectual property type, you ideally have a first internship in a law or business firm. · Regarding the international activities of our company, you have a perfect command of spoken and written English. · You have editorial, analytical and communication skills.
